The Equipment Challenge
As we all know, even the smoothest journeys come with a few bumps in the road. On December 30th, our trusty brew system controller decided to take an unexpected break. It simply refused to boot up, no matter how much coaxing we tried.
It's a bit like when your computer crashes during a crucial project—frustrating, to say the least! But at Silbi Brew Works, we believe in finding solutions to every challenge.

This is where our incredible team shines. We'd like to introduce you to the heroes behind the scenes: Graciella, Vito, and Malcolm at Morebeer.com. These folks are more than just experts; they're superheroes of the brewing world!
With unwavering dedication, they've been hard at work, exploring every avenue to resolve the equipment issue. And the good news? They've sent us a brand-new brew system controller, and it's en route with FedEx. We expect it to arrive no later than Tuesday. Talk about efficiency!
A New Brew Day on the Horizon
Now, let's talk about the exciting part. Once that shiny new controller is in our hands, we won't waste any time. We're planning to install and test it on the same night it arrives. That's right, folks—a probable brew day is scheduled for Saturday, January 27th!
Imagine the aroma of freshly brewed beer filling the air—it's going to be a fantastic experience, and we'd love for you to be a part of it.
The Silver Lining
While this delay has been a bit taxing, we've turned it into an opportunity. Behind the scenes, our Master Brewer, Joe Von Bargen, has been hard at work. We've replaced a troublesome leaky fermenter, and our kegging and bottling systems are now ready for action.
Picture a fully operational brewery, finely tuned and ready to craft the beer you've been eagerly anticipating.
