It's been a hot minute since our last update, but boy, do we have some exciting news to share! Things have been moving at lightning speed over here at Silbi Brew Works, and I can't wait to dive into all the juicy details. Let’s get right to it:
Shoutout to Morebeer.com! First things first, a massive thank you to Morebeer.com for their incredible support. Their team stepped up big time, ensuring our pilot brewing system is up and running like a dream. We're now equipped with a brewing beast, ready to tackle our pilot brews with full force.
Tap Handles Ready to Pour! Our Four Pillar beers now have their very own tap handles, and they’re looking sharp on the kegerator. It's all systems go for pouring our hearts out into every glass. These taps aren’t just handles; they’re the keys to unlocking some seriously tasty brews.
That Ivory Lager is Perfection We’ve been fine-tuning That Ivory Lager, and it’s now fermenting its way to perfection, just in time for our investor meeting on March 2nd. This batch is shaping up to be something special, and I can’t wait to show it off.
Numbers Checked and Double-Checked I’ve had some brainy folks from the industry take a peek at our financials, and guess what? They’re giving us two thumbs up. Even a CFO from a big-time brewery says we’re on the right track, which means we’re looking at a pretty bright financial future.
Midwest Mojo Porter: Dark and Delicious Our first big batch of Midwest Mojo Porter is bubbling away nicely. It’s hit its final gravity and is almost ready to meet the world. If you’re like me and love those dark, roasty flavors, you’re in for a treat.
Learning from the Pros I’ve got my bags packed for the Brewery Accelerator Workshop happening in late March. It’s going to be a deep dive into the business side of brewing, and I’m all about soaking up that knowledge.
Artwork Incoming! The can and bottle art for our Four Pillars is all done and dusted, and let me tell you, they look fantastic. I’ll be sharing these beauties with you all very soon.
Location, Location, Location We’re on the hunt for the perfect spot for Silbi Brew Works and are working closely with Westheimer Real Estate. Drafting an LOI and negotiating a lease that works for everyone involved. Fingers crossed we land a high-traffic spot that becomes our brewing home.
